KAMPOTIN VALKOPIPPURI
Täysin kypsyneet punapippurit liotetaan raikkaassa vedessä yön yli. Tämän jälkeen pehmennyt kuori irrotetaan ja kovempi sisäosa kuivataan auringossa 2-3 päivää.

Miedon mausteinen, maussa citrushedelmää ja rosmariinia sekä hitunen tuoretta vihreää ruohoa.
